اِشْتَمَلَ (ištamala) VIII, non-past يَشْتَمِلُ‎ (yaštamilu)

  1. to comprise, to contain, to include, to consist of (عَلَى (ʿalā) something)
  2. to surround from all sides, to encompass
  3. to extend to all, to be general
  4. to wrap oneself up in one's clothes or a cloak
