յանցանեմ (yancʿanem)  (aorist indicative յանցեայ)

  1. to commit a fault, an error or crime; to transgress, to trespass, to sin
    թեթեւս յանցանելtʿetʿews yancʿanelto commit slight faults
    յանցանել ըստ մահիճս իւրyancʿanel əst mahičs iwrto defile another's bed
  2. to fall in error, to fail, to do amiss, to stumble, to go astray
  3. to abuse, to offend, to give offence, to wrong, to injure
