The Hangover Part III is a 2013 American comedy film.  It is the sequel to 2011's The Hangover: Part II, and the third and final film in The Hangover film series.  It was released on 23 May 2013.

Directed by Todd Phillips, produced by Legendary Pictures, and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.
