Zynga is een computerspelontwikkelaar uit San Francisco, Verenigde Staten. Zynga creëert browserspellen voor sociaalnetwerksites zoals Facebook, Myspace en Google+. Zynga is in juli 2007 opgericht door Mark Pincus, Michael Luxton, Eric Schiermeyer, Justin Waldron en Steve Schoettler. Hun grootste concurrent is Playfish.

De waarde van Zynga lag in 2013 tussen de 15 en 20 miljard dollar. Zynga boekte in kwartaal 4 van 2012 een omzet van 261 miljoen dollar en een winst van 6,94 miljoen dollar.[1]

Zynga heeft de ooit zeer populaire spelletjes CityVille en FarmVille in handen. Het eveneens door Zynga ontwikkelde FarmVille 2 staat in de top 20 van populairste applicaties op Facebook.[2]
