Voetbalkampioenschap van Hamburg-Altona 1899/00
In 1899/00 werd het vijfde Voetbalkampioenschap van Hamburg-Altona gespeeld, dat georganiseerd werd door de voetbalbond van Hamburg-Altona. Altonaer FC 1893 werd kampioen, er was nog geen eindronde om de Duitse landstitel. FC Association 1893 trok zich terug, de gespeelde wedstrijden werden geschrapt. HFC 1888 trok zich tijdens het seizoen terug.
