Verhaal
Het spel draait om Itchy & Scratchy, en bevat dezelfde gewelddadige humor als in de televisieserie.
In de meeste versies van het spel speelt de speler met Ichy, die moet ontsnappen aan de vele vallen van Scratchy. In de Game Boy versie speelt de speler met Scratchy, die juist aan Itchy moet ontkomen.

Er zijn 7 levels in het spel (behalve in de Game Boy versie):
