Geschiedenis
Scotts Bluff
De naam van de county verwijst, net als die van de stad Scottsbluff, naar Scotts Bluff National Monument, een rotsformatie die zelf weer vernoemd naar Hiram Scott, een bonthandelaar die in 1828 in deze omgeving overleed.
