P23 (Letland)
De P23 is een regionale weg in Letland. De weg loopt van Valka naar Vireši en is 48,1 kilometer lang.[1] In Valka sluit de weg aan op de A3 naar Tartu en Pärnu en in Vireši op de A2 naar Pskov en Riga.
