Overgangsklasse hockey heren 2002/03

Het seizoen 2002/03 van de Nederlandse overgangsklasse hockey bij de heren had EMHC en Laren als kampioenen. Zij promoveerden rechtstreeks naar de Hoofdklasse 2003/04.

Leonidas, Helmond, Forward en GHBS degradeerden rechtstreeks naar de Eerste klasse.
