NGC 4055
NGC 4055 (ook: NGC 4061) is een elliptisch sterrenstelsel in het sterrenbeeld Hoofdhaar. Het hemelobject werd op 27 april 1785 ontdekt door de Duits-Britse astronoom William Herschel.
