Martha and the Muffins is een Canadese new wave/synthpopband, actief van 1977 tot heden.
Hoewel ze slechts één grote internationale hit hadden ("Echo Beach" uit 1980) met hun oorspronkelijke bandnaam, hadden ze een aantal hits in hun eigen land, en hadden de kernleden van de band ook nog de Canadese en internationale hitparade gehaald als M+M.
