Hydractinia brachyurae is een hydroïdpoliep uit de familie Hydractiniidae. De poliep komt uit het geslacht Hydractinia. Hydractinia brachyurae werd in 1988 voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Hirohito.
