Finale Europacup II 1969
De finale van de Europacup II van het seizoen 1968/69 werd gehouden op 21 mei 1969 in het St. Jakobstadion in Bazel. Het Spaanse FC Barcelona nam het op tegen het Tsjecho-Slowaakse Slovan Bratislava. De Slowaken haalden het met 3-2.
De wedstrijd werd gefloten door de Nederlandse scheidsrechter Lau van Ravens.
