Coppa Italia 2000/01

De Coppa Italia 2000–2001 was de 52ste editie van de strijd om de Italiaanse voetbalbeker. In totaal deden 48 clubteams mee. Dit knock-outtoernooi begon op 13 augustus 2000 en eindigde op 13 juni 2001 met de tweede finalewedstrijd in het Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence onder leiding van scheidsrechter Massimo De Santis. De beker ging voor de zesde keer in de clubgeschiedenis naar Fiorentina, dat in de eindstrijd over twee wedstrijden te sterk was voor Parma.
