Verspreiding en leefgebied
Deze soort telt 5 ondersoorten:
- C. e. vanderbilti: noordelijk Sumatra.
- C. e. estherae: westelijk Java.
- C. e. chaseni: oostelijk Java.
- C. e. renatae: Celebes.
- C. e. mindanensis: Mindanao (zuidelijke Filipijnen).
