Charles Joseph McIlvaine (Philadelphia (Pennsylvania), 6 augustus 1903 - Ocean City (New Jersey), 30 januari 1975) was een Amerikaans roeier. McIlvaine won samen met Paul Costello de olympische titel in 1928 in de dubbel-twee.
