Cephalodromia humeralis is een vliegensoort uit de familie van de Mythicomyiidae.[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1926 door Santos Abreu, oorspronkelijk geplaatst in het geslacht Cyrtosia.
