In 2003 werd het elfde Campeonato Tocantinense gespeeld voor clubs uit de Braziliaanse staat Tocantins. De competitie werd georganiseerd door de FTF en werd gespeeld van 16 maart tot 22 juni. Palmas werd kampioen.
