De Boston Marathon 1918 werd gelopen op vrijdag 19 april 1918. Het was de 22e editie van de Boston Marathon. De wedstrijd werd geannuleerd en in plaats hiervoor werd er in estafettevorm gelopen door teams van het Amerikaanse leger. Elk team bestond uit tien personen. Elke estafetteloper liep tweeënhalve mijl.
