In 1895/96 werd het vijfde Berlijns voetbalkampioenschap gespeeld, dat georganiseerd werd door de Duitse voetbal- en cricketbond (DFuCB). BTuFC Viktoria werd voor het vierde opeenvolgende jaar kampioen.
