Apexacuta orsedice is een vlinder uit de familie Nymphalidae. De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is, als Pronophila orsedice, voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1878 door William Chapman Hewitson.

De soort komt voor in Ecuador.
