Allophrys oculata is een insect dat behoort tot de orde vliesvleugeligen (Hymenoptera) en de familie van de gewone sluipwespen (Ichneumonidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort werd voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd door Ashmead in 1895 als Thersilochus oculatus.
