Het ATP-toernooi van Brisbane 2016 (met de officiële naam Brisbane International presented by Suncorp 2016) werd gespeeld van 4 tot en met 10 januari 2016. Plaats van handeling, de outdoor hardcourtbanen van het Queensland Tennis Centre in de Australische stad Brisbane. Dit is een van de drie toernooien die het begin van het nieuwe ATP-seizoen inluiden.

Het enkelspel werd gewonnen door Milos Raonic. Hij versloeg in de finale Roger Federer met 6–4 en 6–4. Het dubbelspel werd gewonnen door Henri Kontinen en John Peers. Zij versloegen in de finale James Duckworth en Chris Guccione met 7-6(1) en 6-1.

Het gecombineerde ATP/WTA-toernooi van 2016 trok 96.045 toeschouwers.[1]
