Yousif Mirza

Yousif Mohamed Ahmed Mirza Al-Hammadi (Arabic: يوسف محمد احمد ميرزا الحمادي) (born 8 October 1988) is an Emirati racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam UAE Team Emirates.[2]

Mirza has won multiple Emirati national titles as well as winning the silver medal in the road race at the 2015 Asian Cycling Championships, qualifying him for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Brazil.[3] He was the first Emirati cyclist to compete in the Olympic road race. After his team Al Nasr Pro Cycling Team–Dubai disbanded at the end of the 2016 season, he joined the UAE Abu Dhabi team for 2017, becoming the first Emirati to ride for a UCI WorldTeam.[4]
