Wan Jamak

Wan Jamak bin Wan Hassan (born 22 November 1957) is a Malaysian former footballer, currently working as the Head of Youth Development at Johor Darul Ta'zim FC since 2015.[1]

In this Malay name, the name Wan Hassan is a patronymic, not a family name, and the person should be referred to by the given name, Jamak. The Arabic-derived word "bin" or "binti"/"binte", if used, means 'son of' or 'daughter of', respectively.

Wan Jamak was a former football player for Johor FA and the Malaysian national team.[2] He had also coached several team in the Malaysian domestic league, and also coached the Malaysia national football team.[3][4][5]
