WOGA (92.3 FM, "92.3 The Buzz") is a radio station broadcasting a Pop Contemporary Hit Radio music format.[1] Licensed to Mansfield, Pennsylvania, United States, the station is currently owned by Kristin Cantrell, through licensee Southern Belle, LLC, who acquired the station from the now-dismantled Allegheny Mountain Radio Network.[2]
