Urtakand, Khoy
Urtakand (Persian: اورتاكند, also Romanized as Ūrtākand)[1] is a village in Sokmanabad Rural District, Safayyeh District, Khoy County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.[2]
