University of Central Florida College of Health and Public Affairs

The University of Central Florida College of Health and Public Affairs was an academic college of the University of Central Florida located in Orlando, Florida, United States. The last dean of the college was Jose Fernandez, who had served as interim dean.[1] The college ceased to exist in 2018; its programs were absorbed by the College of Health Professions and Sciences, and by the College of Community Innovation and Education.

The college offered 21 degree options, including 2 doctoral degree programs, and 26 certificate options of which 15 are graduate level.[2]

The College of Health and Public Affairs housed eight departments and schools:[2]

Mock Trial Team

The Mock Trial Team at UCF placed as high as first place in various Tournaments such as the Harvard Invitational[3] and Yale Invitational.[4] The Trial Team is also nationally ranked and continues to quality for Silver and Gold Nationals held by The American Mock Trial Association. The Mock Trial team is a part of the Department of Legal Studies.
