Plot

Isha is a middle class girl. One day, she gives a speech on Vikrant Saranjame, a middle-aged business tycoon. Somehow they meet in an auto rickshaw and Vikrant falls in love with her. As time passes fall in love with each other. While his close friend Vilas Zhende and his secretary Myra Karkhanis try to separate them because Myra also loves Vikrant. Somehow Vikrant manages to convince everyone and they marry.

After the wedding, things start changing. The audience see a dark side of Vikrant. It is suddenly revealed that Vikrant is doing this for property because Dadasaheb states in his will that Rajnandini (Vikrant's ex-wife) is the real owner of the property. He tries to pretend that Isha is a rebirth of his past wife Rajnandini so Aaisaheb would give her property to Isha. Following his plan, Vikrant suggests Isha to join their office (because Rajnandini worked in the office as well). After some days Isha finds a fraud in the company and she finds the fraudster's name to be Gajendra Patil aka Gajya Patil and soon she realises that Vikrant is the criminal. Also, she realises that she is Rajnandini (reborn) and the story goes in flashback. In the flashback, we see that Vikrant and Vilas were close friends and live in a chawl. Gajya is educated but unemployed. Vilas is a smart street boy and can easily fool everyone. One day, as he is rushing to give interview, he meets Rajnandini who deeply fall in love with him and refers him to the owner of that company. Gajya marries Rajnandini so he can get all the property of Saranjame via Rajnandini. Her father Dadasaheb understands Gajya's true face and tries to stop him. Gajya eventually gets to know he has been exposed and kills Dadasaheb. After a few days, Rajnandini gets the evidence to prove that Vikrant is a fraud. Vikrant kills her by pushing her off the balcony.

The story returns to the present. Isha decides to take revenge from Vikrant, but now she is confused because Vikrant truly loves Isha and did not love Rajnandini at all. Finally Isha exposes Vikrant, who commits suicide from the same balcony where he pushed Rajnandini as he is unable to deal with the guilt.
