Tokiwadaira Station (常盤平駅, Tokiwadaira-eki) is a railway station operated by Shin-Keisei Electric Railway's Shin-Keisei Line located in Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture, Japan. It is 5.6 kilometers from the terminus of the Shin-Keisei Line at Matsudo Station.

Tokiwadaira Station was opened on April 21, 1955 as Kanegasaku Station (金ヶ作駅, Kanegasaku-eki) It changed its name to its present name on February 1, 1960.
