In April 2019, it was announced HBO had greenlit a documentary series revolving around the NXIVM cult, with Jehane Noujaim and Karim Amer directing the series.[2][3] Sarah Edmondson, Anthony Ames, Mark Vicente, Bonnie Piesse, Frank Parlato and Catherine Oxenberg will appear in the series.[4][5]
