Plot

Jake Carter and his partner Luke Trapper stumble across a young girl being used as leverage in a court case who has been kidnapped by Irish gangster Maddy Hayes while visiting Graham at a disused brewery. They hear a scream and come into the room to see Hayes and her henchmen holding her hostage. Hayes kills Graham and then a fight ensues.

Jake and his Partner Luke try to keep the kidnapped girl alive and escape from an old brewery. They get into fights with the henchmen working with Maddy Hayes.

Eventually the henchmen and Maddy Hayes corner Jake and Luke in a cave beneath the brewery. Jake is shot and wounded. Jake sacrifices himself by running toward the enemies killing as many as he can before he is shot several times and Maddy Hayes throws a knife into Jake's heart, killing him. Jake's partner Luke follows Maddy Hayes and her remaining men to a boat where they are holding the kidnapped girl. Luke kills Maddy's men and then jumps onto the boat, engaging and then killing the final henchman. He then engages in a hand-to-hand fight with Maddy on the boat. Luke manages to kill Maddy by placing a rope around her connected to an anchor and throws her off the boat causing Maddy to drown in the water. The police and paramedics show up and Luke says his goodbyes to his deceased friend Jake. Luke and the girl who was kidnapped walk away from the brewery as Jake's dead body is taken away in an ambulance. The film ends with a tribute to Jake Carter of everything he has done throughout the franchise.
