Plot

After moving into a high-rise apartment with her goofy friend Marilyn, a young model named Jennifer becomes the target of a mysterious killer, who is also responsible for the fate of the previous tenant. A lesbian neighbor, a weird old woman and her deformed son, and even the building's handsome architect who suffers from a severe blood phobia are the prime suspects.
