Teck Lee LRT station

Teck Lee LRT station (PW2) is an LRT station on the West Loop of the Punggol LRT line in Singapore, located in the middle of undeveloped forested areas just off Ponggol Seventeenth Avenue. It is the only LRT station currently not open for service as the station is currently surrounded by forests and jungle and even the road leading to it has not yet been constructed. The station has been fenced and electrified on the ground floor. Future developments near the station include the future SIT in Punggol.[2]

History

The station was completed like the rest of the stations on the Punggol LRT system in 2004.[3][4] However, like many stations on the west loop, it remained closed due to low development, and remains so today even after the opening of the west loop.[5][6][7]
