Tanaoceridae

The Tanaoceridae are an insect family in the monotypic superfamily Tanaoceroidea in the suborder Caelifera.[2][3] They have been called desert long-horned grasshoppers.[4]

Tanaoceridae comprises two genera:[3]

They can be found in western Mexico and the southwestern United States.
