Surwar

Survar, Sarwar or Surwar is a clan of Rajputs found in Jharkhand and Bihar.they are belongs to suryavanshi clan.They are concentrated in the Palamau region and ruled the Namudag area.[1]they came to north eastern plain in 17th century from sarwar district and previously work as a mercenaries for bihar kings... after a course of time they established their own estate at NAMUDAG princely estate.

MAHUARI, NAUDIHA ,GULABJHARI , UDAIGARH are some places of palamu district on which they rule . They are very royal and warrior rajputana clan.
