Stade Français (basketball)
Stade Français Basket is the basketball section of French multi-sports club Stade Français, based in Paris. Established in 1920, it currently has 23 teams competing in different categories, the main two are women's teams, in national championships of France.[1]

The men's teams include U20, U17, U15 and U13 divisions, which compete in regional championships.[1]
Women's teams have got the most significants achievements for the club, winning six national championships in the 1980s including five titles in a row, becoming a regular in the European Cup.[2] In 1985 it moved to nearby Versailles, competing as "Union Stade Français Versailles" until it was disestablished in 1989.
