St Joseph's Convent, Chandannagar

St Joseph's Convent is an all-girls school in Chandannagar, established in 1861 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Cluny in the Arch-Diocese of Calcutta.[1] It is affiliated to the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education and Indian School Certificate examinations.

  • First Bell: 8:25 a.m.
  • Lunch: 12:05 - 12:40 p.m.
  • Dismissal:
    KG to Class V and Class XII: 2:30 p.m.
    Class VI to Class XI: 3:00 p.m.

Though school days are from Monday to Friday, classes on Saturday may be held when the number of working days fall short, through unavoidable circumstances or when it is a necessity.
