St. Francis of Assisi School of Silay City Foundation, Inc., also known as St. Francis — La Salle, is a private Catholic institution established in 1964 with a vision to provide Christian education to the children of farm workers.

Located in a 5 hectare campus just outside Silay City, Negros Occidental, the school facilities include a library, chapel, computer room, covered court and recreation field. The school provides kindergarten to high school education for approximately 370 students. Under the supervision of the La Salle Christian Brothers, St. Francis of Assisi School has grown into a leading institution in the city of Silay.[1]

Tapulanga Foundation, Inc., is a non-profit charitable organization that helps provide educational, healthcare and micro-credit assistance to communities in the Hda. Tinihaban and neighboring areas. Established in 2001 and based in Silay City, the main project of the foundation is providing educational scholarships for students of St. Francis of Assisi School located just outside Silay City, Negros Occidental.
