Sharps Bedrooms was a subsidiary of HomeForm Group, which entered administration in June 2011.[1] In July 2011, Sharps was purchased out of administration by the private equity firm Sun Capital Partners.<ref name="Sharps is saved, but Homeform administration makes 557 redundant">"Sharps is saved, but Homeform administration makes 557 redundant".
