Seaford railway station, Melbourne

Seaford railway station is located on the Frankston line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the south-eastern Melbourne suburb of Seaford opening on 1 December 1913.[1] A substation is situated at the northern end of the station.

During the 1970s and 1980s, Seaford station used to accommodate stabled trains within its sidings. The use of the sidings was discontinued during the late 1980s due to costs and graffiti. The tracks used to stable trains are still visible at the southern end of the station. In 2009 The Platform 2 carpark was extended.
