Samuel Tefera

Samuel Tefera (born 23 October 1999) is an Ethiopian middle distance runner. He is the 2018 World indoor Champion at 1500 metres.[1] Outdoors he has run 3:33.78, set at the Fanny Blankers-Koen Games in Hengelo, Netherlands in 2017.

In 2019, Tefera set a new world indoor world record over 1500 metres on the World Indoor Tour in Birmingham, England with a 3:31.04.[2]
