Russian Orthodox Church of Saint Nicholas, Bari
The Russian Orthodox Church of Saint Nicholas (Italian: Chiesa ortodossa Russa di san Nicola) is an Eastern Orthodox church building in Bari, Italy. Paris was found in 1911s.[1]

History
It dates back to the early twentieth century. In 1911, the Orthodox Imperial Society of Palestine commissioned Aleksej Viktorovič Ščusev to build the temple, the foundation stone of which was laid on 22 May 1913.
On 14 March 2007, on the occasion of the visit to Bari of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, the negotiations began for the delivery of the church to Russia.[2]
The formal donation was held on 1st March 2009 at the presence of the president Giorgio Napolitano and the president of the Russian Federation Dmitrij Medvedev.
