Richard Lemm

Richard Lemm (born 1946) is an award-winning poet and professor based in Prince Edward Island. He was born is Seattle, immigrated to Canada in 1967, and moved to Atlantic Canada in 1979. He has an MA in English from Queen's University and a PhD from Dalhousie University.[1][2][3]

After moving to PEI to be with Libby Oughton, the publisher of Ragweed Press,[4] he has been teaching at University of Prince Edward Island in Canadian and Postcolonial Literatures since 1986.

He participated in Dial-A-Poem Montreal 1985–1987.
