Rachel A. Graham (born June 7, 1976)[1] is a Judge of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.

Education and legal career
She is a graduate of Stevens Point Area Senior High School.[2] She received a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School.[1] She served as a law clerk to Justice Anne Walsh Bradley.[3] From 2012–2019 she was an attorney in private practice at Quarles & Brady.[1]
Appointment to Wisconsin Court of Appeals
On June 13, 2019, Governor Tony Evers announced the appointment of Graham to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, to the seat vacated by the retirement of Judge Gary Sherman.[2]
