Peramus

Peramus is the only confirmed genus in the family Peramuridae, and a possible ancestor of early therians. It lived in the Late Jurassic and Early Cretaceous period.

Distribution and habitat

The genus existed from the Late Jurassic to the Early Cretaceous period. Fossil records for the genus have been found in the United Kingdom and Morocco.[1]
