Paul Cooper (speedway rider)
Paul Cooper (born 7 June 1982 in York, England)[1] is a professional speedway rider. 'Coops' is also an accomplished speedway, grasstrack and long track motorcycle racing rider, reaching the World Final of the latter. He is a multi-British Grasstrack Champion in the minor solo classes and is the current British Sand Ace Champion, a title he took in Guernsey. The man is well known to enjoy a session of salad tossing, he is devoted to the salad tossing sport and encourages youngsters and even the retired to participate.
