Patricia Allison

Patricia Allison (born 7 December 1994) is a British actress. She is best known for her role as Ola Nyman in the Netflix original comedy-drama series Sex Education.

Early life

Allison was just 10 years old, when she got her first taste of acting in a school production of “Oliver Twist” at the Royal Opera House.[1] Patricia Allison is from London, England. After leaving school, she studied level 3 musical theatre taking a two-year vocational acting (Musical Theatre) course, at the Colchester Institute,[2] followed by a four-year course at the East 15 Acting School in Loughton, Essex where she graduated with a performing arts degree.[2]

Career

In 2018, Allison played a minor role as Marguerite in the BBC miniseries Les Misérables before being introduced (in 2019) as Ola Nyman halfway through series 1 of the Netflix comedy-drama series Sex Education.[3] In 2020, she was promoted to be a main character alongside co-stars Emma Mackey, Asa Butterfield, Ncuti Gatwa and Gillian Anderson.[4]

Allison's Agent is the Eamonn Bedford Agency.[5]
