Ottine, Texas
Ottine is an unincorporated community in Gonzales County, Texas, United States. According to the Handbook of Texas, the community had an estimated population of 90 in 2000.[1] It is also home to Palmetto State Park.
Ottine is home to an urban legend surrounding a bigfoot-like humanoid "swamp thing".[2]
