ONE Party

The ONE Party is an unregistered Christian fundamentalist political party in New Zealand. It is led by Edward Shanly and the anti-synthetic drugs activist Stephanie Harawira. The party opposes abortion and euthanasia.[2]

Harawira incorporated One Party Limited as a NZ Limited Company September 2019.[3] The party is currently seeking registration with the Electoral Commission.[4]

The party received a broadcasting allocation of $41,457 for the 2020 election, contingent on achieving registration.[5] It applied for registration on 5 June 2020.[1]

The party will hold its launch at Rangihoua Bay on 27 June 2020.[6]
